In the same Working Time Model, configure:

Current assignment:

• Shift System: Current Rotation
• Validity End: 30 Jun 2026

New assignment:

• Shift System: Summer Rotation
• Validity Start: 1 Jul 2026


Create multiple planning models from the same working time

Useful when the same working time definition is used by different employee groups that require different recurring shift systems.

Create separate Working Time Models:

Working Time Model A

• Working Time: Full-Time 40h
• Shift System: Office Rotation

Working Time Model B

• Working Time: Full-Time 40h
• Shift System: Warehouse Rotation
