Working Times are used to define the standard working time rules applied throughout the system. Working Time administration allows users to configure working times, manage weekly working time parameters, assign basic shifts, configure planning and holiday rules, and define where working times are available within the organizational structure.

Working Time for Holiday Handling

Use Case

Skip Working Holidays and Skip Non-working Holidays fields control whether public holidays are treated as working or non-working days when calculating employees' required working hours.

Holiday-adjusted workload

Useful when employees are not expected to work on public holidays, such as office or administrative staff.

Holiday-independent workload
