Use CaseExceptions and Inclusions Recurrence fields control individual dates removed from or added to a recurring shift pattern.
Planned site closure
Useful when recurring shifts should not be generated on dates when an operational site is temporarily closed, such as for annual inventory, maintenance, or refurbishment.

Additional operating day
Useful when shifts should also be generated outside the regular recurring schedule to support exceptional business demand.

Move a recurring shift to another date
Useful when a recurring shift should be skipped on one day and scheduled on another, without changing the recurring pattern.
